DESCRIPTION:This new workshop will highlight the importance of healthy sensual/erotic expression as a reflection of your inner experience. Things to gain like better communication\, clarity and physical and soul-satisfaction. Touch Sessions nourish our inner lives as well as our bodies. The connection of feelings and sensations can help guide us to a fuller\, more expansive expressions of who we are/becoming. \nModes of Touch\, Communication and Breathing introduce greater awareness and thus\, clearer expressions of our inner lives and our truth. \nTantra calls s to embrace all aspects of ourselves as expressions of our Divine nature. This workshop will aim to build a container to hold it all: sensation; feelings; obstacles and a sense of aliveness through pleasure. \nThis approach is Tantric in nature\, merging our male and female energies to become more fully present. \nThis workshop will be done in the nude and is limited to 12 men.

Heart-Centered Touch for Men is a safe space to explore touch\, receive guidance and become better at giving and receiving nourishing\, respectful touch. \nWe are naked giving and receiving touch. We make clear agreements to set your boundaries for each round of touch. We switch partners every 20 minutes in order to get the chance to work with different men. It’s fun. It’s light. It’s relaxing. And\, it’s a sensual meeting of men. \nThe driving force behind this group is to form a community that is anchored in touch and healing. The benefits are far-reaching when\, as men\, we learn how to touch consciously. In Heart-Centered Touch\, men have an opportunity to share\, learn\, touch and heal. \n  \n
