New York City MASSAGE EXCHANGE GROUPS

We meet to exchange Massage and Touch on the first Thursday of the month. The next scheduled Massage Exchange is Thursday, October 3, 2024 7:30-10PM. Come prepared to give and receive Touch with men in your community. All levels of experience. All ages. The intention is to create a safe space where men can connect with each other through Touch, through awareness-training and through authentic communication. It’s relaxed and non-judgmental. There is freedom to explore.  Be yourself. Take a break from the day-to-day urban grind. Ticket = $40

“The Gift of Touch” Workshop in KINGSTON, NY.
The next workshop  is Sunday, October 13th 2-5PM at The Yoga House in Kingston, NY. This is a skills and practice group designed for men who want to learn to give and receive good Massage and learn the basics of our  Core Touch Practice. All levels of experience  welcome. It is not meant for professionals. You will  learn a variety of approaches. Guided Tantra practice gives you more confidence and skill in giving and receiving erotic touch.
Held in the beautiful studio of The Yoga House in the heart of Kingston.

Men’s Virtual QiGong Class online is ongoing…
Join us online every Wednesday from 12-1 PM for Men’s QiGong and Tantra Practices focused on our wellness  –  Respiratory & Immune Strength – and on our continued erotic health. The class consists of easy-to-follow QiGong Exercises (Taoist Yoga) to strengthen the respiratory and immune function. In addition, we engage in Tantric self – massage witnessing each other on screen. This is an energetic exploration – how to circulate vital energy in our bodies  –  sensual, erotic and heart-centered. It is life-affirming and a creative process – even on screen. Another Tantric element of the class is working with our Chakras – how they work and the significance of that system. There is time for sharing at the end of the class.
