We explore ways we can communicate effectively through touch practicing our skills and learning new ways to touch. Discover how joyful it is to share the gifts we all have. We all learn from each other. Heart-Centered Touch for Men is a safe space to explore touch, receive guidance and become better at giving and receiving nourishing, respectful touch.

We are naked giving and receiving touch. We make clear agreements to set your boundaries for each round of touch. We switch partners every 20 minutes in order to get the chance to work with different men. It’s fun. It’s light. It’s relaxing. And, it’s a sensual meeting of men.

The driving force behind this group is to form a community that is anchored in touch and healing. The benefits are far-reaching when, as men, we learn how to touch consciously. In Heart-Centered Touch, men have an opportunity to share, learn, touch and heal.
