Heart-Centered Touch Groups are gatherings for men where we exchange massage & touch as a nourishing and nurturing form of communication.  Touch is explored in a safe, caring environment.  Verbal communication is encouraged to connect and to establish boundaries as well as to give feedback to massage partners. Guidance is provided during the rounds of touch so you can learn skills and become more confident giving touch. Nudity is part of the Heart Centered Touch experience.

We meet the first Thursday of every month at the Moving Body Resources Studio on West 27th Street in New York City.

“The Gift of Touch” Workshop in KINGSTON, NY.
The next workshop  is Sunday, October 13th 2-5PM at The Yoga House in Kingston, NY. This is a skills and practice group designed for men who want to learn to give and receive good Massage and learn the basics of our  Core Touch Practice. All levels of experience  welcome. It is not meant for professionals. You will  learn a variety of approaches. Guided Tantra practice gives you more confidence and skill in giving and receiving erotic touch.

“THE ALCHEMY of TOUCH” WORKSHOP SEATTLE, WA. OCTOBER 6, 2025 1-5 PM
This is a 4-hour workshop in the Art of Giving and Receiving Touch.
Touch is a Gift for both Receiver and Giver. There is pleasure experienced both ways.
Alchemy means this workshop is intended to introduce you to Touch as a Transformative Practice
The workshop is open to all men who enjoy Touch, regardless of level of experience. Singles and couples welcome.
You will learn valuable Touch skills and practice them in order to create a flow for the Receiver. There will be practice time guided by Adam and some self-guided practice time in order for the participants to explore skills.
Some time will also be spent on how to Receive Touch in a way that allows you to relax into the gift being given. Think of it as leaning-in to the experience as a more active participant
We will draw from Taoist Touch Practices, Western Massage Practices and Principles of Tantra to guide us to stay in the moment. Tantra calls us to be fully present to our sensations: pleasure, openness, even obstacles. Tantra helps us clear the way for heightened sensation.
Conscious Breathing practices will also be part of the workshop experience.
